Melissa Decicco

Melissa DeCicco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and marketing. Currently, Melissa serves as the Business Development Manager at BluSky Restoration Contractors since October 2022. Previously, Melissa held the position of Director of Client Performance at SatisFacts Research from June 2021 to October 2022 and has served as Marketing Director at multiple organizations including RBM Partners, ChadNic Properties, and Mills Properties, Inc. during the years 2018 to 2021 and from 2006 to 2018. Additional roles include Communication Strategist and Recruiting and Training Specialist. Early in their career, Melissa completed internships at XTRA Lease and Ameren. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
