Todd Richardson

Todd Richardson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial real estate and business development. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at BluSky Restoration Contractors since June 2024, Todd previously held significant leadership roles at CBRE, where as the Global Leader of Full Spectrum Laboratory Services, Todd was instrumental in tripling the business size within two years. Todd also led the formation of CBRE's life sciences sector, transforming it into a multi-billion dollar enterprise across over 50 countries. Additional experience includes Senior Vice President roles at Cushman & Wakefield and ABM Industries, where Todd achieved notable growth in sales and marketing initiatives. Todd's career started at prominent firms such as Insignia ESG and Jones Lang LaSalle. Todd holds a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California and attended Harvard Business School for further education.
