Tom Reuter

Tom Reuter has over 30 years of work experience. Tom served as the Chief Estimator at BluSky Restoration Contractors since July 2018. From 2009 to 2018, they were the Executive Vice President at Midwest Foundation. Prior to that, from 1989 to 2009, they worked at Otto Baum & Sons Construction, Inc. as the Chief Estimator and Site & Civil Division Manager. In this role, they managed the Civil Construction Department, served as a Project Manager for over 200 Site/Civil and Highway projects, and was responsible for bidding on department projects.
