Russell Humphreys

Russell Humphreys is currently serving as Chief Estimator at PCL Construction since October 2023, after progressing through various roles, including Senior Estimator at the same company from March 2009 to March 2016. Notable experience includes Heavy Civil Chief Estimator at Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. from December 2020 to October 2023, and Chief Estimator positions at PCS Civil, Inc. and Pepper Contracting Services, Inc. Russell has a strong background in managing the estimating process and leading major bridge projects, complemented by earlier roles as a Structures Engineer at SEMA Construction and Project Manager at PULLMAN. Russell earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has additional education from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
