Mapule Pilusa

Mapule Pilusa has extensive experience in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Sales Representative at BLUU Car Rental since May 2017. Responsibilities include promoting client relationships, managing tender bids, resolving queries, and maintaining customer database accuracy. Prior to BLUU Car Rental, Mapule worked as a Service Consultant at the South African Revenue Service from January to May 2023 and as a Trade & Telesales Representative at HEINEKEN from February 2016 to January 2017, where duties involved maintaining customer relations and processing orders. Mapule began a career in sales as a Telesales Representative at Brandhouse Beverages (Pty) Ltd from July 2013 to December 2014, achieving sales and market share targets. Educational pursuits include ongoing studies at the University of Johannesburg and the University of the Witwatersrand, alongside a National Diploma in Marketing from MSC College.
