Floor has also occupied roles including Be Informed Specialist, responsible for developing new functionalities for tax applications and translating business requirements into functional designs. Prior experience includes work as a Junior Be Informed Specialist at Value&Result, focusing on application development for the European Patent Office, and a trainee at Be Informed, where contributions were made to a sales project for a U.S. municipality. Floor's academic background includes a Master’s in Business Informatics from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s in Business Informatics from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, with research projects emphasizing process management and software development maturity.
