Michaela Berg has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition, people management, and human resources. Michaela is currently working as the Head of People & Culture at Blykalla, a company specializing in developing lead-cooled small modular reactors. Michaela Berg earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Science and Human Relations from Stockholm University between 2006 and 2010. Michaela also attended Academedia in 2009 and 2010, where they pursued a degree in Recruitment Consult. In 2004, they took courses in economics and management at the University of Sydney. Michaela completed their high school education at Viktor Rydberg from 2000 to 2003, with a focus on Social Sciences. Their elementary education was obtained at Carlssons Skola from 1991 to 2000.
