Sara Clemente

Sara Clemente is an experienced Project Manager with a background in diverse industries including nuclear energy, hydrogen technology, electrical mobility, and training and development. Currently at Blykalla since May 2023, Sara leads projects focused on green and safe energy through next-generation lead-cooled small modular reactors. Prior experience includes managing hydrogen generator development at Alkaline Fuel Cell Power and overseeing operations at MAGNUM CAP, where Sara implemented operational reforms and Agile methodologies across various R&D projects. A skilled quality officer in the e-bike sector, Sara has also contributed to training frameworks at Wise Academy and held a cultural project management role at VIC // Aveiro Arts House. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Cultural Management from the Polytechnic of Leiria and a Micromasters in Business and Operations for a Circular Bio-Economy from Wageningen University & Research.
