Desmond Hammett

Desmond Hammett is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and training management. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Blytheville School District 5 since July 2016, Desmond also holds roles as Operations Lead and Training Manager at Kellogg Company since June 2019, along with a managerial position at Hammett Properties. Previous experience includes multiple training management roles at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. and Tyson Foods, as well as a Success Navigator position at Arkansas Northeastern College. Desmond's career began at Tenaris, where tenures included contributions to the TenarisUniversity program. Desmond earned a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Alcorn State University between 2002 and 2008.
