Jacob Williamson has extensive experience in the culinary industry, working their way up from positions such as Line Cook and Commis Chef to ultimately becoming the Hospitality Head Chef at BM caterers. With a Bachelor's degree in BA Food and Professional Cookery from the University of West London, Jacob has honed their skills over the years, showcasing their expertise in various roles such as Sous Chef, Head Chef, and Chef Garde Manger in reputable establishments like The Buxton and The Green Clerkenwell.
