Josh Parker is an experienced food industry professional with a diverse background in culinary management and health and safety. Currently serving as the Food Health and Safety Manager and General Manager at BM Caterers since March 2021, Josh previously held multiple roles within the organization, including Chef Manager. Prior experience includes grounds maintenance at Parkers Horticultural Services, virtual platform testing at The Virtulab, and various chef positions at reputable establishments like bartlett mitchell and Brickyard Bar and Grill. Josh's educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Food Safety and a Level 5 certification in Sports and Exercise Nutrition, complemented by extensive practical experience in food operations and event catering.
