The Chimney Baker specializes in making delicious Traditional Hungarian freshly baked pastry known as chimney cakes. The process involves rolling sweet yeast-dough on a baking spit, coating it with sugar and butter, and baking it until it caramelizes to a beautiful brownish-red color.
