Carla Marin Salas is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience in payroll management and administration. Currently serving as Senior Payroll Lead at BMA Group Global since July 2022, Carla previously held roles as Payroll Specialist at The Strategic Group and Payroll Manager at Ranger American of PR. Carla's career began as an Accountant & Payroll Specialist at ProTalents, where responsibilities included processing payroll for over 800 employees and maintaining compliance with employment tax laws. Carla also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Salud & Belleza and has worked as an Office Assistant at the University of Puerto Rico. Carla holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon.
