Yody Luciano

Yody Luciano's work experience includes serving as the President of BMA Group Global since 2016, where they provide leadership and strategic planning to advance the company's mission and objectives. They also oversee company operations and ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Prior to that role, Yody was the VP of Operations at the same company, responsible for directing global operations in multiple countries and ensuring compliance with client regulations. They also managed various HR functions, established relationships with hiring managers, and developed methods to increase sales. Yody achieved consistent growth in sales during their tenure. Before joining BMA Group Global, Yody worked at Rosa Brown Consultants, Inc. as the Services Director, Supervisor & Occupational Counselor, and Job Developer. They also have experience as a Full Service Food & Beverage Hostess at Walt Disney World.

Yody Luciano has a diverse education history. In 2002, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Puerto Rico. Yody further pursued their education and acquired a Master's Degree in Human Resources from the Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico in 2005. To enhance their global strategic management skills, Yody briefly attended Harvard Business School in 2016, where they completed a program in Global Strategic Management.

In addition to their formal education, Yody also holds a Certification in Compensation from the Escuela Avanzada de Recursos Humanos y Legislacion Laboral de Puerto Rico, which they obtained in November 2012.
