Bas Westerhof

Bas Westerhof is a professional in landscape architecture and spatial planning, currently serving as a Beleidsmedewerker Landschap at Gemeente Ouder-Amstel since March 2024, and has continuously worked with BMC in roles such as (Startend) Adviseur ruimtelijke ontwikkeling and Interim Professional ruimtelijke ontwikkeling since September 2021. Prior experiences include leadership in area development at Gemeente Molenlanden, project work on landscape regulations at Provincie Overijssel, and advising on landscape plans at Waterschap Hollandse Delta. Bas has also contributed to various projects in academia and industry, culminating in a Master's degree from Wageningen University & Research, where a focus was placed on the influence of spatial visions on planning processes.
