Eva Labrujere

Eva Labrujere is an experienced urban planning professional currently serving as an Adviseur Ruimtelijke Ordening at BMC since September 2025 and as the Founder of Milango Housing Projects, a community initiative focused on affordable housing in informal urban low-income neighborhoods since January 2023. Prior roles include advising municipalities on spatial planning and environmental matters at Omgevingsdienst Brabant Noord from June 2021 to July 2025, and serving as a policy officer at the municipality of Maasdriel in 2022. Eva's volunteer work with Engineers Without Borders - Netherlands focused on impact measurement strategies, and previous experience includes roles at Peutz, Urbanism Students for Africa, D.S.R.V. "Laga", and Good Governance Monitor. Eva possesses a Master of Science in Architecture, Urbanism & Building Sciences from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the same institution.
