Bora Eren

Bora Eren is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the development of heavy-duty engine systems. As Systems Engineering Manager at BMC Power since January 2019, Bora leads multiple teams focused on extreme powertrain systems development, providing technical direction to a total of 20 engineers. Previously, Bora functioned as Engine Design Team Leader, overseeing engine system development, particularly in fuel injection, turbocharger, and exhaust manifold systems. Bora's background includes roles as Senior Engine Systems Engineer at BMC Otomotiv, where responsibilities encompassed the design and prototyping of engine systems, and as Product Development Engineer at Ford Otosan, focusing on turbocharger and exhaust systems. Bora began the career as a Trainee Product Development Engineer at Mercedes-Benz Türk and has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and ongoing Master's studies in Manufacturing Engineering.
