Joakim Johansson

Joakim Johansson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate development and business strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at BMC Software since November 2017, Joakim previously held the same title at HP from 2010 to 2017. Prior to that, Joakim worked at Oracle Corporation from 2004 to 2010, where positions included Director of Corporate Development and Senior Manager of Business Strategy. Joakim's early career included roles at Lehman Brothers as an Associate in Investment Banking and at American Management Systems as Principal in Consulting & Systems Integration. Joakim holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, obtained between 2000 and 2002, and a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University, earned from 1990 to 1996.
