Jon Stevens-Hall has had extensive experience in the IT industry, starting as an Information Services Graduate Trainee at Yell and progressing to roles such as Remedy Systems Manager at Yell Group, Senior Consultant at Fusion Business Solutions, and Principal Solution Marketing Manager at BMC Software. Jon's expertise includes IT Service Management, consulting, product management, and writing ITIL 4 content. Jon has also worked as a freelance cartoonist for the Guardian Newspaper and holds a BEng in Computing from Imperial College London.
