Kaustubh Argade

Kaustubh Argade has extensive experience in application development and management, currently serving as a Manager and Lead Applications Developer at BMC Software since March 2007, focusing on AR and custom Oracle application development. Previously, Kaustubh held various roles including Team Lead at Atos Origin India Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included leading a team and managing the successful transition of multiple applications to India. Earlier experience includes positions as a System Analyst with 3i Infotech, developing payroll modules for Orion ERP, and as a System Analyst at Users Software, where Kaustubh contributed to payroll and accounting modules and developed an in-house ERP system. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from BMCC, a Master's in Computer Management with a focus on Oracle and PL/SQL from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Post Graduation Program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from Great Lakes Institute of Management.
