Nageswara Rao Bandla

Nageswara Rao Bandla is a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in product development and system engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Product Developer at BMC Software since August 2025, Nageswara has previously held roles such as Lead/Senior System Engineer at Info Services and Lead Engineer/Systems Architect at Infosys. Prior experience also includes working as a Senior Programmer at IBM Global Services, where enhancements were made to an IBM product, CFSW, focusing on usability and performance. Nageswara began the career as a Software Engineer Trainee at Novell Development Center. Nageswara holds a BTech degree in Computer Science from JNTU and has completed S.S.C and Intermediate in English, Maths, and Physics at Government High School.
