Vic Rajput possesses extensive experience in solution engineering and pre-sales management, currently serving as the Director of Solution Engineering EMEA at BMC Software since February 2001. In this role, Vic leads value-based engagements with a team of experts focused on Service Operations for key EMEA customers. Previously, Vic held positions including Director of Solution Engineering for Northern Europe, ME&A, and Senior Pre-sales Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams to help clients achieve business outcomes through AI Service and Operations Management.
