Currently serving as the HR Manager for BME, a member of the Omnia Group since November 2012, Tsakani previously held positions as HR Superintendent at Xstrata Alloys, Human Capital Consultant at Lonmin Platinum, and HR Officer at Anglo Platinum. Tsakani holds a Master's degree in Business Leadership from UNISA SBL, a Management Development Programme certificate from Wits Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus on Industrial Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
