Vlatka Simac is an accomplished IT recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across Europe. Currently serving as a Sr. IT Tech Recruiter at Suitsupply and Group Manager Talent Acquisition IT Tech at Building Materials Europe, Vlatka has a proven track record of building executive and IT teams for various organizations, including leading recruitment efforts at data.ai during a period of rapid growth. Previous roles include ownership of One Woman Consulting, and positions at Networkers, European Recruitment, Antal International, and Modis International, where Vlatka developed expertise in areas such as data science, artificial intelligence, and executive search within the chemicals and life sciences sectors.
