Deb Oh is an accomplished music industry professional with a diverse background in music production and creative licensing. As the Founder of Year of the Tiger Records since April 2022, Deb has established a record store pop-up dedicated to featuring vinyl by artists from Asia, the Pacific, and the diaspora. In the current role as Senior Director of Creative Licensing & Production at BMG Production Music US since February 2021, Deb oversees key music licensing initiatives. Additionally, Deb founded debop, a human-operated music concierge service, in January 2018. Prior experiences include serving as Executive Producer at Squeak E. Clean Studios and Senior Producer at Nylon Studios, along with earlier roles at Young & Rubicam and Headroom Digital Audio. Deb holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and French from New York University and attended The Spence School.
