Elise Stawarz has a strong background in digital marketing and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Elise is currently working as the Vice President of Digital Marketing US at BMG - The New Music Company, where they oversee a team of 15 staff members across multiple offices. Their responsibilities include creating marketing plans, managing relationships with tech and influencer partners, strategizing social media and content campaigns, and analyzing analytics and reporting. Elise has also played a key role in increasing gratis paid support from tech partners and optimizing paid media spending. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing US at BMG. Elise has also worked at Crowd Surf as the SVP of Marketing, managing a team of 25 and developing innovative marketing strategies for various clients. Elise has been involved in partnerships with Ticketmaster and has expertise in branding and cross-platform integrations. Before that, Elise worked at Sony Music Entertainment as a Marketing Specialist and at The Walt Disney Company in various roles within franchise management and consumer products. Elise is also committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, having served on BMG's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, working on DEI programming and charitable donations.
Elise Stawarz completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from The University of Kansas from 2005 to 2009. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Information Science/Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
