Nikola Holle-Spiegel

CHRO at BMG

Nikola Holle-Spiegel is the current CHRO at BMG. Prior to their current position, Nikola served as the Director HR and Deputy MD at Lautsprecher Teufel from July 2008 to November 2018. In this role, Nikola was responsible for strategic human resource management, organizational development, business partnering, labor cost and FTE planning, setting up global HR projects, and supporting the legal entity in China. Nikola also has experience in performance management structures, competence and assessment centres, benchmarking and harmonizing salary structures, succession planning, retention management and employer branding. Nikola has also worked as an HR Consultant for PAREXEL from October 2003 to June 2008 where they were part of the accreditation process for a new study programme „clinical trial manager“ (promoted by the University of Wales). Nikola also provided professional personnel support for more than 200 employees in Europe and in the US, managed performance review processes incl. 360° feedback, and was responsible for recruitment across all hierarchy levels.

Nikola Holle-Spiegel has a degree in Labour Law/HR Management/Finance from the Technische Hochschule Wildau. Nikola also has a degree in Psychology from the FernUniversität in Hagen. Nikola Holle-Spiegel is currently working as a Tax Apprentice at Voges und Partner Hannover, where they are responsible for Payroll & Accounting, tax declarations and end of year audits.

They work with Jon Loba - President, Recorded Music Nashville, Thomas Coesfeld - Deputy Financial Officer, and Dominique Casimir - Chief Content Officer. Nikola Holle-Spiegel reports to Hartwig Masuch, CEO.
