Sean Rutkowski

Sean Rutkowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as the Senior Director of US Supply Chain Operations at BMG - The New Music Company since January 2022. Prior to this, Sean held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Label & Customer Relations and General Manager at Independent Record Pressing, where responsibilities included building relationships with vendors and overseeing vinyl manufacturing for influential labels. Sean also has a background as Sole Proprietor of KeepItUnder45, providing sales and marketing services, and has held significant roles at Alternative Distribution Alliance, Warner Music Group, Atlantic Records, and Blockbuster, consistently driving sales and managing operations. Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Business from Grove City College in 1992.
