Nicole Decesare

Nicole DeCesare is an experienced professional with a strong background in digital marketing and team leadership. Currently serving as the CRO Team Lead, Senior CRO Strategist, and Senior CRO Manager at BMG360 since September 2022, Nicole has also been a Kickboxing Instructor at 9Round Kickboxing Fitness since May 2023. Previously, Nicole spent over eight years at Breckenridge Grand Vacations, progressing from Sales Support Specialist to Lead Generation Manager. Earlier experience includes five years as a Taekwondo Instructor at Colorado Taekwondo Institute. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Colorado State University, completed in 2014.
