Sarah Nicely Bach has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Sarah began their career as a Sales Representative/Regional Consultant at Victoria's Secret, where they demonstrated exceptional product knowledge and organizational skills. Sarah then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Manager before moving on to PaydayPERX, where they held roles such as Business Development Manager and Director of Business Development. In these positions, Sarah was responsible for acquiring new partners, initiating and maintaining relationships, and coordinating various programs. Sarah later joined JAT Software as a Product Support Specialist and eventually became a National Account Executive. Currently, Sarah is Vice President of Business & Community Development at BMI Federal Credit Union, where they oversee the business development function and supervises Business Development Officers. With their MBA and additional certifications, they bring extensive expertise and a proven track record in driving business growth and building strong relationships.
Sarah Nicely Bach, MBA, CUBDP, CCUFC has a diverse education history and additional certifications. Sarah obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Franklin University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, between 2014 and 2016. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at Ohio University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Sarah'sfield of study included Communication, Organizational Communication, and areas of Advertising, Public Relations & Marketing. Before entering college, Sarah graduated from Bowling Green High School in 2000.
In addition to their educational achievements, Sarah has also acquired additional certifications. In 2017, they obtained the Credit Union Business Development Professional (CUBDP) certification from the Credit Union National Association. Sarah furthered their professional development by obtaining the Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) certification from the same institution in October 2022.
