Alejandro Garaban

Alejandro Garaban has a solid work experience with expertise in various roles in the technology and consulting fields. Alejandro started their career as an ABAP Analyst at Plumrose Latinoamericana C.A. in 2004 and also served as an ABAP Junior Consultant during an internship. Alejandro later joined C.A. Electricidad de Valencia as an ABAP Analyst and was responsible for interface development and programming for SAP-FI and SAP-MM modules.

Moving on, Alejandro worked at Sofos as an SAP Consultant, where they specialized in commercial developments for key customers in the Consumer Goods Industry. Alejandro then joined Plumrose Latinoamericana C.A. again as an SAP SD Consultant, focusing on contingency systems implementation and interface development.

In 2008, Alejandro joined Empresas Polar as an SAP SD Consultant, where they managed backend and mobile cutover configuration activities and also addressed country legal requirements. Later, they joined SABMiller as a Global Functional Design Lead, leading the design and implementation of a globally integrated template solution for order to invoice processes across Europe, Latam, Africa, and Asia.

Alejandro's next venture was as a Solution Design Lead Commercial at Asahi, where they showcased their expertise in solution design. Currently, they are working at BMI Group (Roofing & Waterproofing) as the Head of Commercial Technology Solutions, responsible for leading various technology-related roles such as Solution Architecture and Project Management.

Alejandro Garaban obtained a Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering from Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua, which they completed from 1998 to 2004. Alejandro then pursued a Master's Degree in Software Development from Instituto Tecnológico de la Victoria, from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, Alejandro obtained certifications in ITIL from Price Waterhouse Coopers and in SAP ABAP 6.0 from SAP AG.
