Samantha Charnock

Samantha Charnock has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Samantha is currently the Chief Information Officer at BMI Group since 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Li & Fung from 2016 to 2023, where they held roles such as SVP - Global Head of ITS & Operations and Global Head of ITS & Ops. Samantha also served as the Vice President IT - Europe at Fung Group Europe from 2016 to 2019. Before that, Samantha worked at EOH Consulting Services as the Head - Oracle Applications, JD Edwards from 2003 to 2016. Samantha started their career at Anglo American - Mondi Timber as the Head Applications Manager from 1999 to 2003 and at Investec Bank Limited as a Divisional Accountant from 1992 to 1999.

Samantha Charnock completed the Disruptive Strategy program at Harvard Business School Online in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a BCom degree in Finance and Informatics from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika between 1992 and 1995.
