Mike Deary

Mike Deary has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Mike began their career as a Special Constable at Merseyside Police, where they focused on community safety and crime reduction. Following this, they worked as an Analyst/Programmer at Vernons Pools before joining Miriam Healthcare as a Line Manager/Senior Analyst Programmer. At Miriam Healthcare, they managed a team of developers and was responsible for implementing software development procedures. Mike then worked as a Lecturer at Warrington Collegiate, where they developed and delivered courses in IT and Computing. Afterward, they joined Swapnet Ltd as a Software Engineer and later moved to Intellident Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Architect, where they worked on major projects for high-profile clients. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Database Administrator and Data Architect at BMI Healthcare.

Mike Deary attended Liverpool John Moores University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a High 2.1. Honours Degree in Software Engineering.
