Since Jennie joined BMJ in 2012, she has made a very significant impact on the company through her leadership of core business services teams, but also in delivering a number of complex company-wide transformational projects.
She led the creation of their Cardiff Service Centre in 2015, drove their transition to remote-first hybrid Smart Working in the last two years, as well as successfully delivered the creation of their new Smart Space at BMA House in 2021.
