Margherita Zorzetto

Margherita Zorzetto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience, diversity, and inclusion across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Experience at BMJ since November 2020, Margherita leads initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and communication while fostering a positive workplace culture. Prior roles include EDI Manager for STRABAG, where Margherita built a recognized diversity and inclusion program for a significant joint venture, and Project Manager for Diversity and Inclusion at the British Red Cross, managing extensive programs impacting thousands of staff and volunteers. Margherita’s career trajectory also encompasses strategic roles at Business in the Community, Canadian Cancer Society, and Progressive Intercultural Community Services, focused on innovative program development and stakeholder engagement.
