Phil McGuire

Phil McGuire has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Phil has worked in various finance roles in different companies. In 2006, Phil started their career at Deloitte UK as an Audit Manager, where they worked for five and a half years. During this time, they gained experience in managing audit teams, providing technical accounting advice, and auditing financial statements for a range of clients in different sectors.

In 2011, Phil joined Pearson as a Senior Business Manager, where they acted as a financial business partner, providing analysis and insight into financial matters. Phil also took on various roles within Pearson, including interim Finance Director of the Schools division.

In 2018, Phil worked as an Interim Finance Director and Director at Elvie, where they contributed to the company's financial management. Phil also held the position of Director at Numberswise Consulting Limited during the same period.

Most recently, in 2019, Phil joined BMJ as the Head of Finance. Phil is currently serving as the Finance Director at BMJ, a role they have held since January 2022.

From 2002 to 2005, Phil McGuire attended New College, where they pursued a degree in Modern History with a focus on 17th century History.
