Tom Bohills

Tom joined BMLL in early 2020 as General Counsel. Tom brings a decade of experience in the technology sector, having trained at White & Case before heading up the legal team of two leading UK Fintech companies.

He currently sits on the editorial board of LexisNexis’ Technology division and is the author of their market leading advice on software licensing and SaaS solutions.

Tom wrote the opening two chapters of ‘An Introduction to Technology Law (2018)’ and regularly contributes to reports on the state of the UK tech sector.

Outside of BMLL Tom runs a boutique technology practice, advising clients across the UK and European Fintech sector.
