Sabra Horne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, innovation, and strategic management. Currently serving as Entrepreneur in Residence at BMNT since June 2021, Horne has previously held significant roles including Chief of the Innovation Hub and Senior Advisor for Transformation at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Horne led the establishment of CISA's Innovation Hub and played a crucial role in the agency's transition to a standalone entity, managing substantial funding and operational changes. Prior roles include Deputy for Information Sharing and Collaboration at the National Security Agency, Director of Communications at the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs, and multiple advisory positions within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Horne holds an MPA in Strategic Management of National Security from Harvard Kennedy School, further bolstered by business education from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in English from College of Charleston.
