Charlie Maloney

Charlie Maloney is an experienced professional with a solid background in software engineering and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler since October 2025, Charlie previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Xeal from March 2023 to June 2025 and at SAP from September 2020 to March 2023, where expertise in software development was honed. Early career experiences include roles as a Financial Analyst at LPC West from January 2018 to February 2020, a Summer Intern at GE Ventures in June 2017, and a Spring Intern at FieldLevel from January to May 2016. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California, complemented by a high school education from De La Salle High School.
