Alex Tait

Alex Tait serves as the US Chief Data and Analytics Officer at BMO, overseeing enterprise data and analytics initiatives since March 2021. Previously, Alex held several leadership roles at CPP Investments from February 2016 to March 2021, enhancing data operations and market data management for a major institutional investor. Prior to that, Alex worked at RBC Capital Markets for over a decade, managing supplier optimization, procurement, and market data functions across the global capital markets division. Alex's early career includes positions at RBC Dominion Securities and RBC, providing a strong foundation in client care and technology support services. Alex earned an MBA in Business Management from Heriot-Watt University and a BBA in Finance and Economics from Bishop's University.
