Charmaine Lam

Charmaine Lam has extensive experience in the financial services sector, primarily with BMO Financial Group since 2004. Lam currently serves as a Senior Account Manager and Project Manager in the Consulting and Solution division, where responsibilities include leading multi-year technology roadmaps for Retail and Business Banking with project values between $1M and $10M. Previous roles include Senior Business Manager for Global Treasury Management, managing financial portfolios, and Senior Lending Manager for Asset Based Lending at BMO Capital Markets, where Lam oversaw high-risk complex cross-border portfolios. Earlier experience includes managing IT portfolio budgets and loan syndication processes. Lam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto.
