Christina Kiel

Christina Kiel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in financial services and corporate law. Currently serving as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at BMO Financial Group, Christina Kiel oversees a team that provides legal support for Commercial Banking, Treasury and Payment Solutions, and Special Accounts Management. Previously, Christina Kiel held roles as Associate General Counsel & Vice President for U.S. Personal and Commercial Banking and Senior Counsel focusing on corporate banking and finance transactions. Prior to BMO, Christina Kiel worked at Sidley Austin, representing major financial institutions and corporations in various complex financing matters, and at Ropes & Gray LLP, concentrating on private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Christina Kiel earned a JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Northwestern University.
