Farzaan Kassam

Farzaan Kassam is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in financial services, particularly within BMO Financial Group, where roles have included COO China, Managing Director, and Head of Strategy, Marketing & Corporate Development, Asia. Kassam has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies for business growth, marketing, and corporate development across the Asia region, including overseeing mergers and acquisitions. Prior to BMO, leadership roles at TELUS involved significant operational improvements and cost reductions, with notable achievements such as managing multi-million dollar budgets and implementing efficiency programs. Kassam holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and has completed the ICD Governance Essentials Program from the University of Toronto.
