Fellicia Foster

Fellicia Foster has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, most recently serving as Head of Human Resources for U.S. Personal & Business Banking and Head of Strategic Initiatives and Business Management for Global People, Culture and Brand at BMO from May 2023 to June 2024. Prior to this role, Fellicia held several positions at BMO Harris Bank from May 2017 to May 2023, including VP, Head of U.S. Talent, Inclusion and Change, and Vice President and Head of Inclusion, Equity & Diversity. Earlier in their career, Fellicia worked as a Computer Software Trainer at Skyward, and gained experience in office support and resident assistance during time at Illinois State University. A Human Resources Intern at PepsiCo enriched Fellicia's foundation in the field. Fellicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University, completed in January 2008.
