Grant Garner

Grant Garner is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, and restructuring. At BMO, Grant has held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, since May 2021. Prior to BMO, Grant served as a Senior M&A Analyst at GI Alliance from February 2020 to May 2021 and held multiple positions at Seabury Capital between January 2018 and February 2020, culminating as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Advisory & Restructuring. Grant holds a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University, earned in 2017, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution, received in 2017.
