Jill Delgado

Jill Delgado, CPA, CA, has extensive experience in governance, strategic initiatives, and risk management within the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Governance & Strategic Initiatives at BMO since April 2013. Jill has led various teams focused on strategic communications and risk management, contributing significantly to enterprise initiatives in areas such as sustainability, DEI, and community impact. Prior roles at BMO include leading financial integration during the pandemic and managing strategic business initiatives within Personal & Business Banking. Before BMO, Jill held significant positions at KPMG, where expertise was developed in global audit learning and advisory services, and managed audits for Fortune 500 clients. Jill holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto.
