Joe Downey

Joe Downey, CTP, currently serves as the Director, Treasury Consultant & Team Lead at BMO, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from February 2017 to June 2024, including Executive Director and Senior Treasury Management Officer, as well as Vice President. Joe's career in treasury management began at BMO Harris Bank, where from January 2008 to February 2017, the focus was on providing treasury and payment solutions to businesses with significant annual revenues. Joe's experience also includes a role as Treasury Management Sales Associate at M&I Bank from June 2006 to January 2008. Educationally, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and studied at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
