Lisa Free

Lisa Free is an accomplished Executive Talent Management VP at BMO since February 2023 and serves as the Head of Executive & Diversity Recruiting at Bank of the West since April 2017. With over fifteen years of experience in executive search, Lisa held the position of Manager of Executive Recruiting at PG&E from September 2010 to April 2017. Prior to that, Lisa was a Founding Principal and Managing Director at The Risch Group, where leadership extended to heading the San Francisco office. Lisa's educational background includes a BA in Political Science from Northern Illinois University and further studies at John Marshall Law School.
