Marcos Persaud

Marcos Persaud currently serves as a Senior Manager for the Lead Employee Resource Groups Program at BMO, beginning in March 2025. Prior to this, Marcos held various roles at Maple Leaf Foods Inc from October 2020 to March 2025, including Senior Diversity Equity & Inclusion and HR Governance Specialist, focusing on enhancing diversity and inclusion strategies. Earlier experience includes positions at George Weston Limited as a Senior Analyst in Enterprise Risk and Audit Services, and at PwC Canada as a Senior Associate specializing in global immigration and project management. Marcos began a career as an Immigration Paralegal at Deloitte Canada. Educational credentials include an LLB in Law from the University of Birmingham and a Certificate in Marketing from the University of Toronto.
