Samaher Ramzan

Samaher Ramzan is a Senior UX Researcher at BMO since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in user experience research and project management. Currently serving as Project Team Lead at DesignX Community, Samaher oversees global conferences and collaborates with professionals on essential projects. Previous experience includes leading UX research at 1Password, where Samaher conducted comprehensive research studies and mentored new researchers, and holding design researcher positions at Cineplex Digital Media, Ocutherapy, and Furnishr, focusing on user experience enhancements and usability testing. Samaher's educational background includes a Business Management Certificate and a Bachelor of Technology Degree from McMaster University, as well as UX Design and Advanced Biotechnology diplomas.
